The Beaverton City Library Story Slam is a friendly, open-mic storytelling showcase. Storytellers take to the stage to tell their true, personal, 5- to 8-minute story. The theme for this Slam: Holiday stories: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Take the stage solo, or tell with a partner. Stories must be told from memory. Recommended for ages 13 and up. Potential storytellers should arrive 15 minutes early to speak with the event host about their planned story. This event will be livestreamed and recorded. Doors open at 6:30 PM.
