April 6: Sunset Boulevard (1950): Screen gem about a silent-film star who has faded into Hollywood obscurity and enlists a down-on-his-luck, opportunistic young screenwriter to aid her comeback, but her maniacal ego turns the challenge into an uphill battle. May 4: Star Wars: A New Hope (1977): George Lucas’s Oscar-winning space fantasy about a young man who joins a rebel alliance working to overthrow an evil empire that’s taking over the galaxy. Starring: Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Alec Guinness, David Prowse.
