Florence Winter Music Festival

The Winter Music Festival in Florence Oregon is an annual 3-day festival spotlighting bluegrass, Americana, and folk music. The Festival and features local, regional and nationally recognized performers.
This year’s Festival promises to be the best yet with concerts, workshops (free to ticket holders), and open jam sessions. Three days of music, music, and more music. Award-winning and nationally acclaimed artists bring their very special talents to the Winter Music Festival — the Oregon Coast’s most popular music festival.
In addition to music, the festival has local food, libations and workshops for the musically inclined. The workshops begin Thursday, Jan. 26 and include topics like “How to Jam” and “You Can Write a Song!”
The kick-off to the festival will be Thursday from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Florence Events Center. This acoustic “Take the Stage” open mic event will invite attendees to sign up and play some music (limit two songs) with the option to have some back-up players upon request.
